BIOMAC, le réseau de biodiversité marine et côtière en Afrique de l'Ouest lancé à Bissau
Bissau, le 18 février 2009. Wetlands International Afrique a procédé au lancement du Réseau Biodiversité en marge du IVème forum du Programme Régional de Conservation Marine et Côtière (PRCM) qui s'est tenu à Bissau du 16 au 21 février sous le thème « renforcer les alliances stratégiques pour la sauvegarde du patrimoine côtier et marin ». BIOMAC se veut ainsi une réponse face aux nombreux défis qui interpellent la zone côtière ouest africaine à travers le partage d’informations, la veille et l’alerte et le renforcement des capacités.
