Rapport annuel 2012 - PRCM

L’année 2013 s’ouvre sur d’heureux auspices. En effet, le PRCM qui a réuni durant une décennie de nombreux acteurs de la conservation du littoral ouest africain sur la base d’un Programme, change de configuration et prend une nouvelle allure. Au cours de l’année 2012 s’est achevé le processus de réflexion sur les principes et orientations de sa troisième phase. Le PRCM est considéré désormais comme un Partenariat regroupant une vaste coalition régionale partageant des défis communs et non comme un Programme agissant sur la base d’un portefeuille de projets. …
