Internships with IUCN Sri Lanka
IUCN Sri Lanka Country Office provides an exciting, enriching and productive training environment in a number of ecosystem related areas. We regularly engage interns in projects and tasks. The minimum duration of an internship is three months and typically do not involve a payment. However we have been able to provide allowances in limited cases.
We are open for applications for Internships. The areas of internships may include biodiversity, marine and coastal, water resources and environment planning. In addition we have opportunities in the areas of communications and partnership development.
Successful applicants, after a consultation with senior management will be introduced to the project environment. The type of work involved depends on project needs and the interns short- and long-term expectations. Therefore we like to hear from prospective interns of their future plans, academic preparation and additional computer/other skills.
Prospective interns are requested to apply via Kumudini.firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send in a cover letter indicating the expectations through the IUCN Sri Lanka internship, duration expected and other details as outlined above plus an updated CV.
