The Regional Office for Europe is located in Gland, Switzerland at the global Headquarters of IUCN. The Office is responsible for the overall coordination of IUCN’s activities in Europe, including global representation and management, financial control, programme coordination, liaison with the rest of the Union and constituency support. In addition, it hosts a number of project staff.
