Minister of Environment explores the environmental situation in Zarqa River
The severely polluted stream of Zarqa River in Jordan is suffering from serious environmental degradation and without an urgent policy-level intervention, the future of the river will remain dark. Training trainers in Yemen on designing and implementing public awareness campaigns
Under the patronage of the Yemeni Minister of Water and Environment HE Dr. Abdel Rahman Eleryani, IUCN, International Union for Conservation of Nature- Regional Office for West Asia conducted a regional training workshop entitled How to Design and Implement Public Awareness Campaigns in partnership with Inwent - Capacity Building International, and Sana’a University.
