This document is a complete revision of the 2006 Operational Guidelines for Private Sector Engagement (developed in response to Resolutions 3.060 and 3.061 and presented to and noted by the IUCN Council in May 2006), in response to Resolution 4.086 adopted at the 4th IUCN World Conservation Congress (Barcelona, 2008).
