Le SIENA est le Système d’Information Environnementale (SIE) National mis sur pied par l’UICN Sénégal en partenariat avec le CSE (Centre de Suivi Ecologique). Initié en Mars 2009, C’est le premier SIE effectivement mis en place au Sénégal.
