IUCN Sri Lanka celebrates World Environment Day 2012

IUCN Sri Lanka celebrated World Environmental Day by actively participating in the national event organized by the Central Environmental Authority (CEA) a Member of IUCN. The exhibition titled “Soba 2012” was held at the Royal College Colombo and was graced by the Minister of Environment Hon Anura Priyadarshana Yapa. Several Ministers and senior government officials, including a large number of school children participated at this event.
