IUCN SSC Quarterly Report June 2026
The IUCN SSC Quarterly Reports aims to share the activities of the SSC Chair's Office and highlights from the IUCN SSC Network, while offering a space to reflect and discuss conservation issues, with the IUCN SSC leaders, members, IUCN Secretariat, the broader IUCN community, and partners.
The June 2026 IUCN SSC Quarterly Report presents the full list of the IUCN SSC leaders, along with a special section recognizing the 38 leaders who have been offered Emeritus status, a new leadership category established under the latest IUCN SSC Bylaws. This report also highlights two stories that showcase the IUCN SSC network’s efforts to strengthen capacity for species conservation, and provides updates from the IUCN SSC Chair’s Office.
