This report - focused on Panama and Colombia - uses a “blue carbon preparedness” approach aimed at facilitating the implementation of blue carbon programmes and projects in different regions of the world, by better understanding the conditions required for successful implementation at the national level and through collaboration with the different stakeholders who would be involved in such processes.
