The event will motivate actors to expand and accelerate their impact by showing inspiring land use sector examples that enhance resilience, strengthen adaptation, halve emissions and reverse biodiversity loss by 2030. The event will present evidence of concrete actions that are:

  • Transforming the land use sector with a goal of conserving and restoring the world’s natural terrestrial ecosystems and reshaping land-based production systems;
  • Turning financing pledges into billions invested in nature; and,
  • Supporting and equipping the most vulnerable and affected groups to face climate change risks, enhance their resilience and realize their contribution towards the sector’s transformation.
