Building on the vision announced at COP26, Regen10 is a new global collective endeavor that brings together key food systems actors to answer this question.

This event celebrates the inception of Regen10. Founding partners and funders will outline their aspirations for Regen10 and its approach, based on the principles of farmer centricity and deep inclusion.

Participants are invited to join Regen10 in a co-creation phase focused around three key priorities:

(i) developing through a highly consultative process, the principles, metrics and framework needed for building a truly inclusive regenerative food system;

(ii) drawing on existing initiatives to gather data and evidence on landscape-level food and farming projects, to learn how best to integrate and scale regenerative systems; and,

(iii) creating a global collaborative platform and an inclusive movement for change to shift policy, business, finance, research and technical support and accelerate a transition to regenerative food systems.

Speakers will include:

  • Juan Carlos Jintiach, Global Alliance of Territorial Communities; Coordinator of International Economic Cooperation and Autonomous Indigenous Development (IUCN IPO Member)
  • Ellizabeth Nsimadala, President of East Africa Farmer’s Federation and Africa Board Member, World Farmers’ Organisation
  • Per Heggenes, CEO, IKEA Foundation
  • Chris Buss, Director of the Centre for Economy and Finance, International Union for Conservation of Nature
