It is with heavy heart that I heard today of Kathy's passing. A visionary, inspiring, tireless conservation leader, Kathy used her position and influence to create the space for young and diverse leaders across the conservation movement through her decades of work in the field, with the World Bank and at the helm of WCPA. She made me laugh and showed the importance purpose-driven action. I am a better person for knowing her and am grateful for the privilege of working alongside her greatness.
