Invasive Alien Species (IAS) are alien organisms whose populations tend to spread and adversely harm the new environment in a way or another. The Lebanese marine environment is invaded by hundreds of marine IAS. This poster shows pictures of the most common species in the Mediterranean. They pose a serious threat to the marine environment and modify the native marine species communities, their habitats, and affect economy.
