With an implementation period of 4 years (2014 – 2018), CEEbA aims to strengthen the climate change-related institutional, policy and regulatory framework in the Lao PDR. Targeting the northern provinces of Luang Prabang, Phongsaly and Houaphanh, the project will focus on building the capacities of local administrative institutions to integrate climate change and climate risks into development planning using an Ecosystem-based Adaptation (EbA) approach.
