Overview and objectives

PPI OSCAN 3 is a third phase of the PPI OSCAN program which started in 2014. This Program aims to support civil society organizations in North Africa through implementing projects on the ground and developing capacity development activities. This program will be executed in Algeria, Libya, Morocco, and Tunisia from 2021 to 2024.
