SSC Quarterly Report March 2025
The SSC Quarterly Reports aims to share the activities of the SSC Chair's Office and highlights from the SSC Network, while offering a space to reflect and discuss conservation issues, with the SSC leaders, members, IUCN Secretariat, the broader IUCN community, and partners.
This quarterly report presents highlights of how SSC has been actively engaged in a range of conservation efforts, from high-level interventions to capacity-building programs. Find key information about the 16th International Otter Congress, the work developed by the SSC Young Professional Task Force, and stories from the Centers For Species Survival. This report also encourages SSC Network and its partners to be actively involved in the “Saving Species Sustains Life” declaration, celebrate the contributions of SSC Network through the SSC Chair’s Citation of Excellence Awards, and look ahead to the IUCN World Conservation Congress 2025 in Abu Dhabi.
