Danish Support to the ENACT Partnership in Sub-Saharan Africa Project Brief

The global mandate for implementing Nature-based Solutions (NbS) to accelerate climate transformation has never been stronger. However, success depends on national capacities to scale up NbS implementation. Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs), in particular, face limited resources and capacities, raising concerns about the financial and technical challenges of higher ambitions. Within the framework of the ENACT Partnership, this project will address these challenges by supporting LMICs in strengthening policy and institutional frameworks and advancing NbS implementation through finance mobilisation and targeted technical assistance.
