I met Kathy at the inaugural APAC in Rwanda last year. Kathy was kind, generous, humble and hilarious. She didn't know me but she treated me like she had known me for a long time. Kathy was a kind hearted heap of joy and I am truly grateful I got to meet her in 2022. Her commitments to conservation are unparalleled. May she live on in the many hearts and lives she touched while she walked this earth.
