So sudden, so unexpected. Not only have I known Kathy for the most part of my life (since the age of 6 growing up in Indonesia), Kathy was a constant inspiration throughout my career, we bumped into each other here and there across the world at CBD COPs or IUCN WCPA meetings. Always fun to catch up and hear her stories. Her dedication to nature conservation, passion for travelling, and motivation of so many people made her a true hero to me. I will miss you Kathy.
