I am so sorry to hear about Kathy's far too early departure from this planet - a planet which she definitely left behind a bit more beautiful than how she found it. She was one of those persons you were always happy to see at a conference - passionate, brilliant and with a great sense of humor. We will dearly miss her, but she leaves behind an impressive legacy. My thoughts are with her family, I wish them strength in these sad times.
