(EN) It began in 2003 as part of a United Nations Programme project. In 2007, it began the process of becoming an organisation, which was achieved in 2013. It has gained experience and learned lessons by proposing a participatory intervention strategy, consolidated with the effective management of financial, technical and environmental resources technical and environmental resources for the development of organised community groups, prioritising work in local grassroots organisations in protected areas, strengthening organisational and productive capacities and skills in coordination with non-governmental organisations and international and national cooperation mechanisms.
