To support the effective integration of biodiversity conservation into agricultural landscapes by identifying key knowledge and implementation gaps, promoting evidence-based and inclusive approaches (including traditional and Indigenous knowledge), and fostering collaboration among IUCN commissions, partners, and stakeholders to advance resilient, climate-adaptive, and biodiversity-positive agroecosystems.

Serge Adomou is an agricultural engineer specializing in Forestry Sciences and Biodiversity Conservation from Benin. A member of the CEM since February 2023, he concurrently works as an associate researcher at the BIPLaC research unit at the University of Parakou (LEB Laboratory), deepening his dedication to sustainable agroecosystem management and scientific advancement.
