University of Botswana

The University of Botswana came into existence in 1982. It is an autonomous institution; national in character but with its focus increasingly becoming regional and global; with undergraduate programmes and a significant growth in graduate programmes spanning a wide range of disciplines and attracting an increasing number of international students; a growing research component; and a `network` university providing instruction and professional service throughout the country.
