Sociedad Geológica de España

The Geological Society of Spain is a not-for-profit scientific association whose objective is to promote, encourage and disseminate knowledge about progress and the applications of geology. At present, the Society counts close to 1000 members coming mainly from universities and public research centers. The main objective of the Geological Society of Spain at IUCN is to promote the sustainable management and conservation of geodiversity and geological heritage.
