It is a non-profit organization, independent research and documentation cente founded in 1990. Our main activity is the technical and administrative coordination of the Small Grants Programme in Brazil, since 1994, when began support community based association projects with GEF funding. We also have an important work with indigenous people at Maranhão State, supporting empowerment of local associations.
