Danmarks Jægerforbund
Danmarks Jægerforbund is a members' association for Danish hunters. We currently represent 75.000 members, many of whom are also organised at local level in clubs and councils dealing with activities and political issues of local interest. The organisation is led by a board consisting of eight regional representatives and one president. The secretariat has ~55 employees and oversees the many activities and projects run by professional staff and/or volunteers. We are engaged in many management-related activities nationally and internationally, including scientific projects and cross-border collaboration - particularly related to large carnivores, migratory species and wildlife diseases.
