Hainan Institute of National Park

HINP was founded in November, 2019 according to “The Pilot Program of Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park”, which is a non-profit institution with no administrative level, initiated by Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park Administration, Hainan University, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, Chinese Academy of Forestry, and Beijing Forestry University. It adopts the operation mechanism of socialisation, internationalisation, large platform, and extensive network, implements the legal representative responsibility system under the leadership of council, with an expert committee as advisory body, to provide scientific research support for the national park construction.
