Pelargos NATURA A.M.K.E.

Pelargos NATURA NonProfit was founded in 2011 by two wildlife-loving friends, then co-owners of Attica Zoological Park, to protect and conserve Greek wildlife. While other organizations focus on specific species, few could help any wild animal in need. With experience, facilities, and international know-how, Pelargos NATURA filled that gap. It works with scientists and organizations, offering care, funding, and support. Initially funded privately, it now also receives support from the Green Fund, Stavros Niarchos Foundation, companies, and donors. In 2021, Anna Kazazou joined, bringing passion and expertise.
