Families in Nature

Families in Nature (FiN) is a non-profit organization founded in 2008 as an environmental education program aimed at inspiring a deep love of nature as the foundation of all of conservation. We became an officially designated 501c3 in 2014. We strive to create confident, capable, curious, engaged, interested and connected children and families. Our work is replicable globally with the goal of creating access to nature for all. All lessons and activities are aimed at teaching children and their caregivers environmental literacy and conservation through experiences in nature, while spending quality time together to build healthy and resilient people, families and communities.
