Bow Seat: Creative Action for Conservation

Bow Seat is the world’s largest environmental youth program for the creative arts. Since 2011, we have engaged over 38,000 young creatives from more than 142 countries through our hallmark initiative, the Ocean Awareness Contest, which invites youth to research environmental topics and portray what they learned via different forms of creative arts. We also support a diverse, international group of fourteen Bow Seat program alumni working together to embolden their peers to advocate for our environment. These young leaders serve as mentors for our True Blue Fellowship, which provides funding to youth who want to conduct environmental projects in their communities through a creative arts lens.
