Insamlingsstiftelsen Kolmården Foundation

Kolmården Foundation is a national NGO which consists of 3-7 boardmembers, and a chairman. It aims to suppport the work with conservation of threaned animals and nature, national and international. Kolmården Foundation is an independent organisation but is formed by Kolmarden Wildlife Park, which is a member of EAZA and works with exsitu conservation of threatened species. We have close collaborations, and the foundation do a lot of their fundraising in the park. Before 2019 the park had another NGO, so we have a long history of supporting projects although the current organisation only has been active for three years.
