Institute for Global Environmental Strategies

The Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES) is a US-based non-profit organization that promotes the use of earth observation technologies (primarily space-based satellites) for better understanding the changing planet. Our work includes advancing and delivering earth science education, promoting citizens science, and working with public and private sector entities to identify environmental changes and better manage risk.
