Pasifika Communities University

In 1961, a regional ecumenical conference of the Pasifika Churches held in Malua, Samoa, made an historic decision to establish PTC. In 1965, PTC was established. The initial aim of the college was to train clergies for the Pacific Churches. That vision has grown to be a center of articulation of biblical principles based on Pacific philosophies and spiritualities, and that is inclusive of the philosophy of relationality. This gave birth to our vision of 'Whole of Life.' PTC advocates for justice for all, humans and everything in creation and nature. "Whole of Life' determines what PTC teaches and stands for. We strive to be relational in our approach to life and creation.
