Sah-dahn-beob-in Jeju Gukje Noksaek-Seom Forum

The organization, 'People Love Gapa Island', was established in December, 2009 to make 'Carbon-free Gapa Island' as an example case. Its purposes are to promote the value of low carbon environment specifically for islands and coastal areas, ecological environment, and the quality of inhabitants' life. On April 3, 2012, the entity form of this organization was changed into a legal entity, the Jeju International Green Island Forum Corportaion ("IGIF") to promote its purposes more efficiently. IGIF is comprised of scholars, government officers, environment activists, etc. and aims and shares the necessary information and wisdom by establishing a network with the islands around world.
