Sahara Conservation Fund

Sahara Conservation Fund is a legally registered, not-for-profit corporation with Internal Revenue Service 501(c)(3) status incorporated in the State of Missouri, USA. The organization is managed by a Board of elected Directors operating under a set of by-laws and related policies. The Board appoints a Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer and Secretary from among its members that together with the CEO make up the Executive Committee, ensuring on behalf of the full Board that business is conducted correctly and according to the by-laws. Currently, a Chief Executive Officer runs the organization, with the support of a Regional Program Officer and the active participation of members of the Board.
