The Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (WWT) is a leading wetland conservation organisation saving wetlands for wildlife and people across the world. Founded in 1946 by the late Sir Peter Scott and based in the UK, where it has a network of visitor centres dedicated to engaging people with wetlands and their wildlife and including over 2000 hectares of wetland habitats. WWT has over 1 million visitors a year and 185,000 members.
