The Cutgana is a multidisciplinary research centre of the University of Catania. It has been established in 1996. Currently, the Centre is composed by 44 members. Mostly of them are professors and researchers at the University of Catania. The stuff is formed by 22 qualified units. They are qualified and experienced in the management of protected areas. The governance and administrative activities of Cutgana are carried out in compliance with the guidelines provided by the Board of Directors and university regulations.
