Participatory Village Development Programme

PVDP established in 1997 and registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 on 15th June 1998. The organisation was formed with a mission to support the poor and disadvantaged communities in improving the qualities of their lives, through encouraging people to organise and mobilise themselves for social change. Since the year 2010, PVDP concentrated on emergency response, relief and rehabilitation projects for the flood affected communities. PVDP is working in the most challenging, poverty and disaster stricken areas of 7 districts of Sindh in different sectors for community empowerment in Health, Education, Disaster/ Emergency Response, Disaster Risk Reduction/Mitigation, Environment Protection.
