EFFC Is a (not for profit) foundation Incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands.The foundation was incorporated on 32 August 2017 by The International Association for Falconry and Conservation of Birds of Prey (a non-profit international association incorporated under the laws of Belgium} The IAF is a member of IUCN as well.
It's European outreach is underlined by the composition of its board of directors, consisting of nationals of Spain, Germany and the Netherlands. The fourth board member Is the former president of the IAF (and resident of South Africa) .
