Proposal for Sturgeon Conservation in the Caspian Sea
The sturgeon populations of the Caspian Sea have declining over the past 40 years to a degree that the latest IUCN Red List Assessment in 2022 listed all of them (but not Acipenser ruthenus) as CR with some populations being in danger to already be Extinct in the Wild (EXW).

Sports for Nature more than doubles the number of signatories in first year
The number of sports organisations committed to improving their performance on biodiversity under the Sports for Nature Framework more than doubled in the first year to 48, and spans a range of sports from international federations and national associations to local clubs and large events.
