This issue of Policy Matters is tentatively titled, "Conservation Pluralism: Towards Diversity in Law, Policy, and Practice".

Approximately 40 articles of various lengths and from a variety of countries in Africa, Asia, and the Americas explore the law, policy, and practice of rights-based approaches in topical themes such as protected areas and ICCAs, forests and REDD, and the protection of traditional knowledge and customary ways of life. The editorial team thanks all peer reviewers and authors for their dedicated efforts over the past several months.
