The 8th IUCN Asia Regional Conservation Forum (RCF 2024)

The 8th IUCN Asia Regional Conservation Forum (RCF) was held successfully from 3–5 September 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand. Two types of outcome documents were produced to inform regional stakeholders about the event's proceedings and outcomes.

The Highlights report provides a quick overview of the event, while the Proceedings report serves as a comprehensive documentation of all formal sessions.

How to get involved


Participate


Union constituents (IUCN Members and Commissions) are encouraged to fully participate in the event, including sessions specifically dedicated to them. Additionally, we welcome the broad participation of our partners, donors, regional and international organisations, academia, and others in our plenary sessions, side events, exhibitions and in various networking opportunities.

Accommodation

While the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotels & Towers (RCF venue) is the preferred accommodation for participants, you may consider choosing from the list of alternative hotels available here. For sponsored participants, hotel accommodation will be managed by the IUCN Secretariat separately.
