Regen10 is a global multi-stakeholder initiative working to support an inclusive, regenerative and equitable food systems transition.
Supported by IUCN in its mission to lead the integration of nature-positive approaches, Regen10 is developing an Outcomes-Based Framework for the transition to regenerative food systems in consultation with farmers, businesses, civil society groups and other food system actors. The Framework aims to equip all food system actors with a shared understanding of how to advance regenerative food systems, and a ‘guiding star’ that will guide them to make decisions that accelerate the transition to regenerative – recognizing that the responsibility for this transition should be shared across the value chain. It will also help them track and measure the changes that occur over time in farms and landscapes. With Regen10, IUCN is a leader in advocating for Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities (IPLCs) within the Outcomes Framework, advancing global policy and advocacy, and providing science-based guidance to partners and practitioners.
Regen10’s achievements
The Outcome Framework sets measurable biodiversity, climate, water, and livelihood outcomes.
Regen10’s Landscape-level partnerships and transition pathways are key to Regen10’s work in advancing regenerative food systems supporting landscape partnerships and guiding transition pathways for farmers and food systems.
